91³Ô¹ÏÍø (IGBIS) is owned and operated by the school licence holder Detik Harapan Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of IGB Berhad. Detik Harapan Sdn Bhd received approval from the Ministry of Education in 2011 to establish 91³Ô¹ÏÍø (IGBIS).

91³Ô¹ÏÍø (IGBIS) Governance & Management
91³Ô¹ÏÍø (IGBIS) is governed by a Management Board which meets monthly with the Head of School, oversees various sub-committees – including finance – and has an advisory Board of Governors that meets twice per year. The Management Board is entrusted to ensure that the school abides by its policies and procedures, maintains financial and strategic viability, and follows all required laws and regulations by working closely with the Head of School.
